Everything was great, had a fantastic stay in the winter time. Exceptionally comfortable unit on the balcony, we truly enjoyed it. The location seemed marvellous and breathtaking to get to by public transport.

Lastly, the location of the hotel was perfect as it was tucked away from the busy streets, allowing for a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The amenities were clean, and despite the language barrier, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. The breakfast provided was also a highlight, with a variety of options to choose from.

Spending our Christmas here was truly an amazing experience! the delicious multi-course dinners and breakfasts were complementary and unforgettable. Even though the location was a bit hard to reach, the breathtaking views provided during the hike and bus ride up there, made it worth it. the private onsen on our balcony was definitely the highlight and we enjoyed it while admiring the beautiful scenery.
